You can just press the first letter of the station to jump to that letter
ie press C gets to Classic FM, pressing again gets to Clyde 1 , pressing again gets to Clyde 2

Lets add a new station . you only need to do this once.
go to bottom of list "Add Radio Station" ( The Page Down or End keys can get you there faster )
Press Enter
Type in name . i used Insight radio then Press Enter
Type in this string ( or cut and paste it ) ; http://icecast1.phasebroadcast.net/insight96.mp3


Press Return. This then takes you back to the complete list.
Press the letter i and it should jump to Insight Radio if that is what you called it.
That will be saved and will be available whenever you want insight. NB that link may change
